Yesterday I made the above collage as to way to help process everything that’s going on.
We’re all about to spend a lot of time at home and I don’t have an easy answer for how to pass the time but, consider picking up some paper to draw on, or some scissors and glue and just make something, anything. It doesn’t have to be something you like when it’s finished. It doesn’t have to be something you share on your social media channels. The moving of your hands will help you take your mind off all the bad things and feel better, if even for just an hour or two.
