I’ve been repairing cassette decks all week and that reignited an itch to make a good old fashioned mixtape.
I know it seems silly to make a mixtape on a cassette in 2020, but for me it’s an interesting way to document a certain time in life. Some of these songs are Bandcamp purchases I made to help support artists during a pandemic. Other songs were discovered during long walks around the neighborhood.
What will it be like to listen back in 5, 10, 20+ years and remember this time?
